Overall Responsibility

The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets across all Home Studio products, including tiles and FLM solutions. This role oversees the full sales cycle, manages and develops the sales team, and ensures effective execution of sales programs and customer service initiatives. The Sales Manager plays a key role in market development, client engagement, and coordination with suppliers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Management

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and programs to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead market scoping initiatives to identify and pursue new projects and clients.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, align priorities, and provide guidance.
  • Monitor and drive progress on the sales team's project pipelines and deliverables.
  • Oversee execution of coverage plans to ensure full market reach.
  • Review quotations for accuracy, competitiveness, and client alignment.
  • Lead the preparation of accurate sales forecasts in line with company goals.
  • Recommend and review sales incentive and commission schemes.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to project execution, client concerns, and delivery delays.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing for product complaints and supplier communications.
  • Support Sales Executives in addressing requirements from Architects and Interior Designers.
  • Promote effective use of selling tools and resources.
  • Implement customer service initiatives to strengthen client satisfaction.
  • Guide the team in crafting tailored solutions to client needs.
  • Ensure timely collections aligned with agreed client terms.

2. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs within the sales team.
  • Conduct regular sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and client handling.
  • Mentor and coach Sales Executives to build strong sales capabilities.

3. Product Handling

  • Introduce and promote new product offerings, including series and innovations.
  • Participate in selecting and recommending new product lines.
  • Conduct orientations on new and existing stock items.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for marketing tools (catalogues, samples, displays, etc.).

4. Order & Inventory Coordination

  • Recommend product mix and ideal stock quantities for existing and new products.
  • Balance inventory between indent orders and in-stock items to ensure availability and efficiency.

5. Pricing & Negotiation

  • Recommend competitive yet profitable pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate terms with clients to close deals while safeguarding company margins.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in home improvement, tiles, or interior finishes.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of sales forecasting, incentive planning, and pricing strategies.
  • Experience in both retail and project-based sales is a strong advantage.

Work Schedule

Full-time; includes Saturdays, holidays, or showroom events as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
