We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies that drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales, aligning both departments toward common business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts, B2B or B2C.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work with business development teams.
  • Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and forecast sales performance.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
  • Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to create compelling promotional material.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Align sales and marketing teams with shared goals, KPIs, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with product development, customer service, and other departments to support go-to-market strategies.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on campaign and sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related course.
  • With extensive 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in a beauty and wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing channels including digital, social media, and CRM tools.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
