As we continue to expand, we are seeking a strategic and driven Channel Sales Manager to lead our channel development and sales execution initiatives.

Job Summary:

The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing sales strategies across all channel partners—including retail chains, kiosks, and distribution partners. This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets, improving partner performance, and ensuring alignment between field execution, trade marketing, and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve sales and market growth targets
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with retail partners, kiosks, and distributors to drive performance
  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out metrics, analyze sales trends, and recommend action plans
  • Coordinate the execution of in-store campaigns, merchandising activities, and promotional programs
  • Lead periodic business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to support product launches, marketing plans, and trade activations
  • Ensure proper sales reporting, inventory tracking, and sales forecasting across all channels
  • Identify and onboard new partners to expand product reach and increase market penetration
  • Enforce compliance with trade agreements, sales targets, and brand standards
  • Support field teams and merchandisers to ensure consistent retail execution and visibility
  • Drive sell-out initiatives and ensure product availability across all retail and kiosk touchpoints
  • Implement pricing strategies and manage partner margins in coordination with the finance team
  • Monitor and address inventory issues, including aging stocks and stock rotation needs
  • Organize regular product knowledge and sales training for partner staff and retail teams
  • Mitigate channel conflicts and align strategies across online and offline sales streams
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to support decision-making and planning
  • Manage documentation and renewal of channel agreements, ensuring timely compliance
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics for accurate demand planning and stock replenishment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in channel sales, key account management, or trade marketing
  • Background in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or FMCG is highly preferred
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with sales data and forecasting tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with CRM or sales management systems
  • Willing to travel for site visits, store inspections, and regional meetings
