JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies for the baby diaper category that align with overall business objectives
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities related to diaper types, sizes, and new technologies.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions on product selection, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Curate and manage the baby diaper product assortment, ensuring a balanced mix of premium, mid-range, and value options.
  • Provide input to product development teams on new product ideas, packaging, and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and manage the promotional calendar for baby diapers, coordinating with marketing and sales to maximize campaign effectiveness.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a merchandising or category management role, preferably within the CPG or baby care industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis software
  • In-depth knowledge of baby care market trends
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for working with retail partners and vendors.
  • Experience leading and motivating a team to achieve strategic goals
  • A creative mind-set to develop compelling visual and promotional strategies.

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday

(8:00 am to 5:00)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
