Sales & Customer Service
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual showroom sales targets.
- Provide premium customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored furniture solutions.
- Develop strong product knowledge of Caracole's furniture lines and communicate features, materials, and benefits effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and after-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Showroom Management
- Support the Showroom Sales Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain showroom visual merchandising according to Caracole brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse, and ensure product availability.
- Ensure that the showroom is clean, well-organized, and aligned with luxury brand standards.
Team Support & Training
- Assist in supervising showroom sales associates, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives.
- Conduct product knowledge sessions and training for the team.
- Motivate and encourage staff to deliver excellent customer experiences and meet sales goals.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare sales reports, track showroom performance, and provide insights to management.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions, events, and showroom activities.
- Handle client appointments, follow-ups, and VIP consultations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in luxury furniture sales, retail showroom management, or a similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Caracole furniture or other high-end furniture brands is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with POS and inventory systems is a plus.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-centric.
