About the role

Own the top of the funnel. You'll build targeted pipelines, engage diverse talent, and keep candidates (and hiring teams) informed—fast.

What you'll do

  • Deliver a "white-glove" candidate experience from first touch to handoff.
  • Map markets and build competitive intel; source across LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and niche boards.
  • Run creative searches (Boolean/X-ray, talent communities, referrals) and maintain warm pipelines.
  • Partner with HR and hiring leaders on profiles, sourcing plans, and slate health.
  • Share weekly data: pipeline volume, response rate, submit-to-interview, and time-to-slate.
  • Coach stakeholders on recruiting best practices and process discipline.

What you'll need

  • 1+ year sourcing/recruiting (US market preferred).
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor (ATS/CRM a plus).
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable tracking and reporting KPIs.
  • Strong communication, follow-through, and organization across multiple reqs.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willing to work night shift and onsite

Nice to have

  • Boolean/X-ray mastery, diversity sourcing tactics, compensation pre-close skills.
  • Experience in high-volume or specialized searches (healthcare, retail, tech).
