What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract and screen qualified candidates for a variety of roles
  2. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to selection and onboarding
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles
  4. Maintain a robust pipeline of talented candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
  5. Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
  6. Provide consultative advice to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and talent market insights
  7. Manage recruitment data, metrics and reporting to measure and continuously improve recruitment processes

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition in a BPO setup
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  4. Demonstrated experience in sourcing, screening and selecting high-quality candidates
  5. Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices, trends and technologies
  7. Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
