Role Summary

We're hiring an Associate Account Manager to own customer relationships and drive new revenue. You'll run point on outreach, meetings, demos, and follow-through—building pipeline, closing business, and creating momentum fast.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect & qualify: run targeted outreach, set meetings, and create sales opportunities.
  • Own the cycle: discovery → demo → proposal → close; coordinate with specialists as needed.
  • Grow accounts: find upsell/cross-sell plays, manage renewals, and reduce churn risk.
  • Maintain a clean CRM: log every touchpoint and forecast weekly (we use our own Apollo-based CRM; any CRM experience is fine).
  • Be field-ready: meet customers around Metro Manila; expect on-site visits and events.
  • Operate at pace: embrace high-intensity pushes during campaigns and quarter-end.

What Success Looks Like (Traction in 6 Months)

  • Consistent weekly meeting cadence and qualified pipeline coverage aligned to plan.
  • Clear movement through stages with documented next steps and multi-threaded stakeholders.
  • First closed-won deals and/or meaningful expansion wins.
  • Healthy renewal posture across assigned accounts (risks identified early, plans in place).
  • Crisp weekly forecasts and spotless CRM hygiene.

  • Strong English communication and executive presence.
  • Drive and resilience—comfortable with outreach, objections, and closing.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable to numbers.
  • Coachable, curious, and fast on follow-through.
  • Bonus: experience selling tech/SaaS or using tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
