About the role

We are looking for a talented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Fun Han Mart'. This is a full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As our Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and implementing effective marketing strategies to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
  2. Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  3. Analysing market trends and customer behaviour to inform marketing and sales strategies
  4. Creating compelling marketing content, such as social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials
  5. Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives to continually optimise our approach
  6. Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our clients
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  3. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and data analytics
  4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  5. Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions
  6. A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques
  7. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
