About the role

Partner with store and pharmacy leaders to hire patient-focused Pharmacy Technicians. You'll run end-to-end recruiting—from sourcing to offer—while delivering a white-glove candidate experience.

What you'll do

  • Source, screen, and present diverse slates of Pharmacy Technician candidates.
  • Own candidate experience and keep applicants/managers updated at every step.
  • Use the ATS and job boards to build and maintain talent pipelines.
  • Recommend finalists and participate in selection with hiring partners.
  • Forecast hiring needs and run high-volume requisitions independently.
  • Share market intel and improve recruiting strategies with HR and business leaders.
  • Coach stakeholders on interview best practices and process.

What you'll need

  • High-volume recruiting experience (retail or pharmacy preferred).
  • Strong grasp of recruiting/selection processes and ATS proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset—anticipates needs and follows through.
  • Working knowledge of EEO/AA and hiring compliance; handles confidential info.

Work environment

  • Onsite and US business hours (Nightshift)

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring in multi-site retail or healthcare settings.
  • Data-driven mindset (pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php75,000.00 per month
