Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist to oversee automation, lead flow, and event management processes. This role ensures smooth certification cycles, accurate data tracking, and consistent audience engagement. You'll optimize workflows, troubleshoot campaigns, and help drive attendance and conversions for our global programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all GHL components: workflows, triggers, tags, pipelines, calendars, and automations.
  • Update certification cycles (Zoom links, event dates, and audience segmentation).
  • Maintain data hygiene (merge duplicates, manage tags, ensure UTM/source consistency).
  • QA all system launches and ensure proper flow across regions (AU/US).
  • Handle Conversations inbox and resolve failed sends or routing errors.
  • Conduct light A/B testing to enhance deliverability and conversions.
  • Make friendly follow-up calls to confirm bookings and encourage attendance.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards covering opt-ins, bookings, no-shows, and recommendations.
  • Maintain SOPs for recurring campaigns and new regional launches.

Mandatory Skills

  • 1–2 years of GoHighLevel experience (workflows, pipelines, triggers, calendars).
  • Strong data organization and communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience with appointment setting or customer success roles.
  • Ability to manage cross-time-zone schedules and maintain high accuracy.
  • Knowledge of basic performance metrics and deliverability best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Meta ad funnels and UTM management.
  • Experience in content scheduling and light A/B testing.
  • Basic landing page edits within GHL.
