Responsibilities:
  1. Administration Specialist – Office Service Focus

Responsible for office space management, procurement & asset management, employee welfare activities, and store support (e.g., insurance and cleaning coordination).

  1. Administration Specialist – Equipment & Travel Focus

Responsible for store technology equipment services, network and POS system management, HQ equipment procurement, and comprehensive travel coordination (including policy and vendor management).

Job Requirements:

  1. Proficient in the local national language; English can be used as the working language; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

  2. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of relevant work experience in administration, logistics, and fixed asset management.

  3. Strong adaptability, excellent planning and problem-solving skills.

  4. Strong communication skills, capable of effective interaction with external organizations such as government departments.

  5. Strong sense of responsibility, able to complete tasks independently.
