Recruitment Support
Posts job vacancies on platforms and social media.
- Screens basic resumes and forwards qualified applicants to HR Officer/Manager.
- Schedules interviews and coordinates with applicants.
Assists in pre-employment requirements and initial orientations.
Timekeeping & Attendance Monitoring
Monitors daily attendance and updates timesheets.
- Checks tardiness, absences, overtime, and leaves.
Coordinates with supervisors for attendance corrections/approvals.
Employee Records Management
Organizes and updates 201 files.
- Ensures complete documentation for new hires and separated employees.
Files memos, evaluation forms, contracts, and other HR documents.
HR Admin Support
Prepares basic HR letters (notices, memos, announcements).
- Assists in the distribution of HR communications to all departments.
- Coordinates with employees for HR concerns and inquiries.
Provides clerical support to HR Officer/Manager.
Benefits Administration Assistance
Assists employees with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government documents.
- Helps in collecting requirements for loan applications, sickness notifications, and maternity documents.
Guides employees on forms and filing procedures.
Onboarding & Offboarding Support
Assists in orientation schedules and preparation of onboarding materials.
- Updates ID issuance, uniforms, and access lists (if applicable).
Coordinates exit interviews and clearance processes.
Employee Relations Assistance
Helps organize company events and activities.
- Assists HR in communicating policies and reminding employees of compliance.
Records incidents or concerns raised by employees.
HR Reports & Documentation
Prepares basic HR reports (attendance summary, applicant tracker, issuance logs).
Ensures accuracy of data reported to HR Officer/Manager.
Coordination with Other Departments
Supports supervisors and OICs on HR-related queries.
Relays HR instructions and provides updates when needed.
Other Related Tasks
Maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Performs other duties assigned by the HR Officer or HR Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month
