  2. Posts job vacancies on platforms and social media.

  3. Screens basic resumes and forwards qualified applicants to HR Officer/Manager.
  4. Schedules interviews and coordinates with applicants.
  5. Assists in pre-employment requirements and initial orientations.

  6. Timekeeping & Attendance Monitoring

  7. Monitors daily attendance and updates timesheets.

  8. Checks tardiness, absences, overtime, and leaves.
  9. Coordinates with supervisors for attendance corrections/approvals.

  10. Employee Records Management

  11. Organizes and updates 201 files.

  12. Ensures complete documentation for new hires and separated employees.
  13. Files memos, evaluation forms, contracts, and other HR documents.

  14. HR Admin Support

  15. Prepares basic HR letters (notices, memos, announcements).

  16. Assists in the distribution of HR communications to all departments.
  17. Coordinates with employees for HR concerns and inquiries.
  18. Provides clerical support to HR Officer/Manager.

  19. Benefits Administration Assistance

  20. Assists employees with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government documents.

  21. Helps in collecting requirements for loan applications, sickness notifications, and maternity documents.
  22. Guides employees on forms and filing procedures.

  23. Onboarding & Offboarding Support

  24. Assists in orientation schedules and preparation of onboarding materials.

  25. Updates ID issuance, uniforms, and access lists (if applicable).
  26. Coordinates exit interviews and clearance processes.

  27. Employee Relations Assistance

  28. Helps organize company events and activities.

  29. Assists HR in communicating policies and reminding employees of compliance.
  30. Records incidents or concerns raised by employees.

  31. HR Reports & Documentation

  32. Prepares basic HR reports (attendance summary, applicant tracker, issuance logs).

  33. Ensures accuracy of data reported to HR Officer/Manager.

  34. Coordination with Other Departments

  35. Supports supervisors and OICs on HR-related queries.

  36. Relays HR instructions and provides updates when needed.

  37. Other Related Tasks

  38. Maintains confidentiality at all times.

  39. Performs other duties assigned by the HR Officer or HR Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month
