Job Summary

The Corporate HR Supervisor oversees the implementation of HR programs, policies, and systems across the organization to ensure alignment with corporate goals and compliance with labor regulations. This role ensures consistency of HR practices across branches or business units, supports employee engagement initiatives, and leads operational HR functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management.

The Corporate HR Supervisor serves as a key link between management and employees — providing guidance, enforcing standards, and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations and Compliance

  • Supervise the end-to-end HR operations across all departments and branches.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with current labor laws and company standards.
  • Monitor timely processing of employee movements, clearance, and last pay releases.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports for audit and management review.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Oversee the recruitment process for key positions, ensuring quality hires and timely placements.
  • Implement standardized selection and onboarding procedures across the organization.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast manpower needs and streamline approval processes.
  • Monitor probationary evaluations and employee regularization.

3. Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Provide guidance to HR Officers and Supervisors on disciplinary procedures and employee relations cases.
  • Conduct investigations, hearings, and documentation for employee violations and grievances.
  • Implement employee engagement programs to promote morale and retention.
  • Serve as an advisor to supervisors and managers on conflict resolution and HR best practices.

4. Compensation and Benefits Administration

  • Supervise payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and verify salary adjustments, allowances, and benefits-related transactions.
  • Coordinate with Finance for budget planning and manpower cost forecasting.
  • Ensure consistency in benefits administration and resolve related employee concerns.

5. Performance Management and Development

  • Oversee the implementation of performance evaluation systems (SPMS, 360, etc.).
  • Support the development of competency-based performance standards.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to identify training needs based on TNA results.
  • Monitor execution of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

6. Reporting and Analytics

  • Prepare HR metrics and analytics reports (turnover, absenteeism, hiring timelines, etc.).
  • Provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making.
  • Recommend process improvements based on trends and analytics findings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
