Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and validate payroll and ensure accurate cut-off processing.
- Maintain attendance records; track leaves, absences, and tardiness; reconcile variances with supervisors.
- Enroll newly hired employees in SSS, PhilHealth (PHIC), and Pag-IBIG (HDMF).
- Compute and post statutory deductions/contributions; prepare and file required reports.
- Assist employees with government and company benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date 201 files (digital and physical); organize, file, and audit documents.
- Ensure document completeness; follow up on pending requirements.
- Issue meeting/policy announcements and coordinate acknowledgments.
- Prepare concise Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Assist in due-process documentation (NTEs, notices, hearing schedules) under HR guidance.
- Monitor leave applications and submit summary reports to management.
- Support recruitment (posting, screening, scheduling, pre-employment checks).
- Facilitate onboarding paperwork and orientation logistics.
- Process exit requirements (clearance, last pay, 13th-month computation, waiver & quitclaim) and conduct basic exit interviews.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years in HR (payroll/timekeeping + government compliance preferred).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with confidential data.
- Professional, can work with minimal supervision, proactive, service-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
