Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor (Real Estate), based in Cebu. The Sales Supervisor will oversee a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets, provide training to improve team performance, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data to develop strategies, managing daily sales operations, monitoring team performance, and maintaining effective communication within the team. The role requires leadership, team management, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to review sales data and create growth strategies
  • Experience in Team Management and the ability to lead a sales team effectively
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to foster positive client relationships
  • Capability to conduct Training for team members to enhance their skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset and proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proficiency in sales tools or CRM software is a plus
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
  • Local knowledge of Cebu market trends is desirable
