Job Summary

The Operation Supervisor (Activation) is responsible for overseeing regional operations across activation projects, ensuring that deployment, manpower, and project execution are carried out according to plan. This role involves monitoring project KPIs, budgets, and manpower performance, while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, high-quality activations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and oversee activation projects within the assigned region.
  • Conduct region-level monitoring of project KPIs to ensure performance and client standards are met.
  • Monitor and control project budgets per region, ensuring alignment with approved financial plans.
  • Oversee resource allocation per Sales Order (SO) and ensure proper deployment of teams and materials.
  • Monitor manning and team performance per project, ensuring operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Strategize deployment per SO, aligning manpower, logistics, and timelines based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., accounts, HR, logistics) to ensure readiness and smooth project execution.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide data-driven insights to improve project outcomes.
  • Support the training and development of activation teams to maintain service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in activations, field operations, or project supervision.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Willing to travel within assigned regions and work on-field as required.
