  • Oversee whole HR Operation from hiring to off-boarding
  • Responsible to conduct and HR hour with the employees.
  • Responsible for coaching and mentoring of each employee who needs support.
  • Responsible for collaborating with the managers in terms of performance appraisal.
  • Responsible for appraisal monitoring and following up.
  • Responsible to check the timekeeping.
  • Come up with different Employee Engagement activities to the whole company
  • Responsible for training and development (proposal and tracing the progress).
  • Responsible for recruitment such as sourcing, interviewing, sourcing, sending an offer and onboarding.
  • Responsible for any Ad-hoc tasks that might come along the way.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • 3-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): recruitment, labor relations, timekeeping, training and development
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
