Responsible for developing and driving organization development activities which include culture building and employee engagement, talent and performance management, career planning, and succession planning. He/she will also manage training and development activities of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops organizational development programs to enhance organizational culture and communication, talent and performance management system, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Develops training modules to enhance. Coordinates with Department Heads in crafting training programs based on identified needs and organizational requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS/AB Psychology/Behavioral Science or its equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of managerial work experience in handling organization development and training
  • Energetic, analytical, organized, and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Must have above-average oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in formulating and implementing HR programs and organizational development interventions.
  • Good in policy development and implementation.
