HR Supervisor

This role ensures compliance with labor laws, implementation of HR policies, and delivery of efficient HR services covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. The HR Supervisor also serves as a key partner to department heads in addressing people-related needs and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Staffing
- Supervise end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure staffing needs are met in a timely manner.
- Implement internal recruitment and hiring policies.
2. Employee Relations and Discipline
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Oversee implementation of the Code of Discipline and provide guidance on corrective actions.
- Promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts fairly.
3. Performance Management
- Monitor quarterly performance conversations and ensure compliance with CMI's performance management policy.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs.
- Support supervisors in implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
4. Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll coordination with Finance.
- Monitor leave benefits, government-mandated benefits, and company benefits.
- Assist in annual salary benchmarking and proposals.
5. Compliance and HR Records Management
- Ensure HR policies align with DOLE regulations and healthcare industry requirements.
- Supervise HR records management, retention, and confidentiality of employee data.
- Prepare HR compliance reports as required by law or management.
6. Employee Engagement and Development
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Support wellness, safety, and mental health programs in collaboration with the Safety Officer and Clinic leadership.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
- Organizational and supervisory skills with attention to detail.
Experience:
- At least 3–4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Preferably with experience in healthcare, clinics, or related service industries.
