About the role

YONDU INC.' is seeking a driven and experienced Sr Learning and OD Specialist to join our team in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative learning and organisational development initiatives to support the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programmes to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and align training solutions to business objectives
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make data-driven improvements to drive continuous enhancement
  • Spearhead organisational development initiatives, such as team building, change management, and leadership development
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive, engaging, and high-performing organisational culture

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in a training and development or organizational development role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programmes that drive performance improvement
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills to engage and inspire employees at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and implement data-driven enhancements
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Expertise in change management, team building, and leadership development strategies
  • Proficient in using learning management systems, digital training tools, and data analysis software
