Work from Home, Philippines HTC Trading Full time ₱40,000 - ₱60,000 per year

We're an Australian importer and distributor of premium seafood and food service products, and we're growing fast. We need a remote Appointment Setter based in the Philippines to help fuel our sales pipeline.

What you'll do:

  • Research and build lists of potential B2B customers (restaurants, supermarkets, wholesale buyers).
  • Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their purchasing needs, volume, and fit for our products.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the Australian Sales Team.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure meetings take place.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in our CRM and prepare weekly activity/appointment reports.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
  • Provide feedback on common objections, customer trends, and market opportunities.
  • Work towards weekly and monthly appointment targets.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or appointment setting.
  • Neutral English accent – clear, professional, and easy to understand.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner.
  • Organised, reliable, and results-driven.
  • Stable internet, computer, and headset for remote work.
