Position: Lead Generation Manager
The Lead Generation Manager is responsible for driving business growth by enhancing the quality, conversion rate, and overall performance of leads across the sales pipeline. This role focuses on developing and executing data-driven strategies to attract, qualify, and nurture high-value prospects. The Manager provides hands-on leadership by mentoring lead generation representatives, optimizing lead processes, and ensuring alignment between lead generation, marketing, and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive improvements in lead quality and conversion rates through strategic targeting, segmentation, and ongoing process optimization.
- Develop, implement, and oversee lead generation strategies that attract, engage, and convert qualified prospects.
- Leverage HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools to manage, track, and optimize lead flow, nurture campaigns, and performance metrics.
- Analyze data and campaign results to identify trends, optimize ROI, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Refine lead scoring and nurturing workflows to ensure effective qualification and seamless handoff to Sales.
- Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to lead generation representatives, offering regular feedback, coaching, and professional development.
- Collaborate with managers and team leads to set goals, review metrics, and ensure consistent team performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure data accuracy, process consistency, and strategic alignment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to lead generation, CRM optimization, and automation technology.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- With 3-5 years of managerial experience in lead generation, lead development, or growth marketing
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (required) — including campaign setup, lead scoring, workflow automation, reporting, and analytics.
- Proven ability to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall funnel performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, lead management processes, and funnel optimization techniques.
- Must have a reliable work-from-home setup, including a computer/laptop, stable internet connection, working camera, and headphones/headset.
- Willing to work the night shift and adjust schedule based on business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
