Job Summary:

The Lead Generation Associate is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients or leads to support the sales team. This role involves researching prospects, initiating contact, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms and databases.
  • Contact prospects via email, phone, or social media to introduce products or services.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand them off to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns to boost lead generation efforts.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead targets.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
