Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Philippine Time)

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist who can help grow our client base by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads. This is a light but important role where you'll connect with potential clients, send out campaigns, and help the team keep communication flowing smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and follow-up calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Generate, track, and qualify new leads across multiple client accounts
  • Send and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Assist with light graphic design for marketing or outreach materials
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and admin team to meet client goals
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all client data

Qualifications

  • Experience in lead generation or customer communication is an advantage (training provided for beginners)
  • Good spoken and written English skills
  • Confident handling calls and emails
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is a plus
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn about the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)
