Position OverviewWe are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist. This position focuses on researching target markets, building lead databases, and initiating contact with decision-makers through various outreach methods such as email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and proactive—capable of generating high-quality leads that align with the company's target audience and sales goals. They will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified prospects into the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research to identify potential leads and key decision-makers in target markets.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, CRM tools, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM systems.
- Assist in developing effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Report on lead generation performance and conversion rates regularly.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably for U.S.-based clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of B2C prospecting and outbound marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the technology, SaaS, or digital marketing industry is a plus.
