Position Title: Lead Generation Officer

Location: Remote, Work-from-Home

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Lead Generator to join our team in supporting an Australian-based client. This role involves conducting outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting products and services, and generating qualified leads to support the client's business growth.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3+ years of telemarketing experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads to generate sales opportunities for the client.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the client's sales and marketing teams to align telemarketing strategies and goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of telemarketing experience with a proven ability to meet sales or lead generation targets.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and telemarketing software.
  • Results-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience with Australian clients is an advantage.
  • Must have own equipment and reliable internet connection.
