We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Lead Generation Specialist with a strong understanding of the NDIS landscape to help grow our participant base ethically and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Research, identify, and qualify potential NDIS participants, carers, plan managers, and support coordinators.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies through online, phone, email, and event-based outreach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Schedule appointments for the intake or support team with qualified prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NDIS guidelines, participant needs, and service offerings.
  • Attend relevant networking events, expos, or community gatherings (where applicable).
  • Track and report lead generation performance metrics weekly/monthly.
  • Ensure all communication is conducted in compliance with NDIS Code of Conduct, privacy regulations, and internal company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in lead generation or similar role preferably in the NDIS/disability support sector.
  • Knowledge of NDIS plans, supports, and how plan funding works.
  • Understanding of compliance processes under NDIS (worker screening, police checks, risk management, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance targets for growth with maintaining high quality of service and staff integrity.
  • Must be culturally sensitive and committed to family-centred and participant-centred care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
