Job Brief

We are seeking a marketing professional to execute outbound lead generation strategies as Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist, targeting self-employed individuals and business owners for finance services. This will be a part time role ( 20 hours /week )

Responsibilities

  • Conduct direct email outreach and social outreach campaigns
  • Build and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp
  • Develop and optimise landing pages via platforms such as Unbounce or similar
  • Manage contact data and campaigns through HubSpot CRM
  • Engage prospects across multiple channels to generate qualified leads

Requirements

  • Email marketing experience using Mailchimp
  • Experience with direct email outreach and social prospecting
  • Familiarity with landing page tools such as Unbounce or similar platforms
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM
  • Comfortable reaching out to self-employed individuals and business owners

Software Proficiency

  • Mailchimp
  • HubSpot CRM
  • Unbounce or equivalent

Education

  • Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or related field preferred

Personal Attributes

  • Self-driven and results-oriented
  • Clear and persuasive communicator
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously on outbound initiatives

Time Zone: Australian Business Hours
