Position Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Work Set Up: Work-from-Home | Independent Contractor

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM; Mon-Fri

Salary: 30,000 PHP monthly

Company Overview

Eurofast Global delivers turnkey seismic bracing, restraints, and supports for MEP‑F and architectural systems — engineering, design, supply, and certification — ensuring code compliance (e.g. AS and life safety in buildings.

What You'll Do:

Identify target clients/projects (e.g. building services, MEP projects, architectural contractors) needing seismic bracing/support

Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, events, etc., to establish initial contact

Qualify leads: budget, needs, compliance requirements (codes, standards), decision‑makers

Track leads in CRM; hand over qualified leads to Sales / Engineering teams

Work with Marketing & Technical teams to refine messaging related to Eurofast's core offerings (seismic certification, anchoring, fixings, etc.)

Monitor & report on lead generation metrics (volume, quality, conversion)

What We're Looking For:

2‑3 years' experience in B2B lead generation or sales development roles

Good understanding (or willingness to learn) of seismic bracing, building codes, MEP / support systems. Strong communication & research skills; comfortable with outreach and following up

Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive CRM preferred)

Self‑driven, organized, goal‑oriented

Home Office Requirements:

· Perfectly working noise-cancelling headset and webcam

· Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps

· Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey or later

· Quiet room with no distractions or background noises

· A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift

What's In Store For You:

· 25 days of Service Incentive Leave (SIL) inclusive of the Christmas shutdown. This will commence on day 1, earning the Contractor 1.5 days of leave credit every month at the start of his/her employment. Full leave credits will be available for the Contractor after the 6-month training period and replenished every work anniversary. In the event of the Contractor's resignation, SIL credits are automatically forfeited.
