JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on employee policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Establish and maintain positive employee relations, resolving employee conflicts and complaints.
  • Manage end-to-end processing of employee recognition and cases, including but not limited to reviewing incident reports, drafting and issuing explanation notices, violation notices, conducting administrative investigations and/or hearings etc.
  • Document issuance of disciplinary actions and sanctions.
  • Ensure mailing of documents related to Employee Discipline and Employee Relations
  • Prepare monthly reports on employee disciplinary actions.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, with knowledge in employee and labor relations, employee discipline, and compliance.
  • Prepares and submits accurate HR reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly in order to provide information to the immediate head.
  • Employee Case Monitoring Report - performance, behavioral
  • Any other ER-related works and responsibilities.
  • Coordination with HR Manager for Retainer Lawyer Consultations
  • Preparation of Admin Case documents needed for NLRC/SENA

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
  • Must be good in verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

JOB SPECIFICIATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR employee relations work and Labor laws.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,070.00 per month
