Salary Range: ₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Employee & Client Relations
- Conduct regular site visits to maintain strong employee and client relationships.
- Provide frontline support by addressing concerns promptly and escalating issues when needed.
- Ensure consistent visibility and responsiveness across assigned locations.
Policy Compliance & Conflict Resolution
- Implement and enforce company policies in alignment with labor laws and regulations.
- Mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and support the resolution of employee disputes fairly and objectively.
HR Support & Engagement
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Assist in performance management, including coaching and disciplinary procedures.
- Develop and execute engagement initiatives that foster positive employee morale and retention.
Administrative & Payroll Assistance
- Monitor employee attendance, absences, and tardiness with accuracy.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, clearances, and billing tasks.
- Support weekly client billing collection and maintain organized HR case documentation.
Employment Verification & Fieldwork Support
- Conduct employment, school, and background verifications for applicants.
- Secure barangay and residential certifications as part of the background-checking process.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree (HR-related fields preferred; open to all four-year courses).
- 1–2 years of experience in employee relations or related HR functions preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in computer applications; organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
