Location: Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Salary Range: ₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Employee & Client Relations

  • Conduct regular site visits to maintain strong employee and client relationships.
  • Provide frontline support by addressing concerns promptly and escalating issues when needed.
  • Ensure consistent visibility and responsiveness across assigned locations.

Policy Compliance & Conflict Resolution

  • Implement and enforce company policies in alignment with labor laws and regulations.
  • Mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and support the resolution of employee disputes fairly and objectively.

HR Support & Engagement

  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist in performance management, including coaching and disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and execute engagement initiatives that foster positive employee morale and retention.

Administrative & Payroll Assistance

  • Monitor employee attendance, absences, and tardiness with accuracy.
  • Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, clearances, and billing tasks.
  • Support weekly client billing collection and maintain organized HR case documentation.

Employment Verification & Fieldwork Support

  • Conduct employment, school, and background verifications for applicants.
  • Secure barangay and residential certifications as part of the background-checking process.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree (HR-related fields preferred; open to all four-year courses).
  • 1–2 years of experience in employee relations or related HR functions preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications; organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
