The Chat Support Representative is responsible for delivering efficient and high-quality customer service through real-time online communication channels such as chat and email. The role focuses on resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive digital service experience.

This position requires excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat and email channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and technical issues following established processes and service guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using company systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of complex concerns.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional tone and demonstrate empathy in all written communications.
Qualifications:
  • At least HS, Senior High School (K–12) graduate or college level/graduate.
  • Excellent written English communication and comprehension skills.
  • Strong computer literacy; able to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism and patience.
  • Willing to work on-site in Alabang and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous BPO or chat support experience is an advantage, but not required.
