About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking a highly skilled and motivated TOP-Tier Telco Chat Support to join our team in our Alabang, Muntinlupa City office. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through chat channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns via chat
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of customer issues related to telecommunications products and services
  3. Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions
  4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as required
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
  6. Continually seek ways to improve the customer experience and identify opportunities for process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply; in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer queries
  4. Proficiency in using various customer support tools and software
  5. Familiarity with telecommunications products, services, and industry regulations
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  7. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for helping others
