About the role

We are seeking a talented Chat & Email Support Representative to join our growing team at LGH INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC' in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through efficient and effective chat and email communications.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests through chat and email channels in a friendly, knowledgeable, and timely manner
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate team members as needed
  3. Provide accurate information to customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
  5. Continuously improve knowledge and contribute to the development of support resources
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a similar industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in using chat and email platforms, as well as common office software
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  7. Fluency in English and Filipino
