About the role

We're seeking a passionate and customer-focused Call Centre & Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team at ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City. In this full-time role, you'll be providing exceptional chat and email support to our valued customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of customer issues with a positive and empathetic approach
  3. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, adhering to company policies and procedures
  4. Continuously work to improve your product knowledge and problem-solving skills
  5. Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices with colleagues
  6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and report on key performance metrics

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions
  3. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the chat and email support domain
  4. Familiarity with customer service software and tools, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  5. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement
  6. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
