What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Provide accurate information and solutions to address customer concerns
  3. Escalate complex issues to senior support team members as needed
  4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
  6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  3. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  4. Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a non-voice role
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  7. Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
