About the role
Join ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' as a Chat Support Representative (Non-Voice Account) and be a crucial part of our customer service team. In this full-time role based in Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat channels. What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to address customer concerns
- Escalate complex issues to senior support team members as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a non-voice role
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
