Job Overview
Join our Retail account and be part of a team that helps customers with their online shopping, product inquiries, and order concernsall through chat support This is a great opportunity to work in a fun and dynamic retail environment that values communication, empathy, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries about beauty and cosmetic products, orders, and promotions through chat or email. Provide product guidance, handle order issues like tracking, returns, and refunds, and ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • At least 6 months of any Customer Service experience (chat, voice, or face-to-face)
  • Open to High School (Old Curriculum) and ALS Graduates
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang
  • Amenable to shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays)
  • Adapter: Minimum of 6 months of any CS experience
  • Shifter: 6 months and above of BPO experience
