Main Purpose of the Job

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and administrative functions of the organization across both NPI-South and NPI-North locations. This role ensures the financial health of the company by implementing effective financial controls, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and supporting operational efficiency through timely analysis, reporting, and recommendations. The Finance Manager works closely with the Operations Manager and provides leadership and direction to the finance team to uphold the financial integrity of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure that accounting records, financial statements, and related reports are accurate, complete, and comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Review and validate outputs from accounting staff, particularly in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with BIR regulations and deadlines.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance by developing, managing, and analyzing budgets and preparing variance reports between actual and budgeted costs.
  • Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of internal control systems and compliance with finance-related company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise finance operations for both NPI-South and NPI-North branches, ensuring alignment in processes and timely consolidation of reports.
  • Support cost control and operational efficiency initiatives by providing insights, financial analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other regulatory bodies as required.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure strong performance and continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
