Role Overview

We are seeking a Real Estate Growth & Operations Assistant to support our expanding property management company. This role blends business development with collections oversight, ideal for a professional who thrives in sales-oriented environments and is eager to contribute to real estate growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Acquisitions

  • Identify property owners interested in management services or property sales
  • Conduct outreach through digital platforms, social media, and targeted campaigns
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution
  • Build and nurture relationships with investors and business partners
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and monitor progress
  • Research and join property management networks and industry groups
  • Develop professional outreach materials and proposals

Collections & Financial Oversight

  • Ensure timely payments from tenants and property owners
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and report irregularities
  • Follow up on overdue payments through calls and emails
  • Coordinate with the finance team to enhance collection processes
  • Maintain accurate payment records and documentation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management
  • Knowledge of real estate or property management (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Working Conditions

  • Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM EDT
  • Occasional weekend availability for urgent matters
  • 100% remote role with opportunities for growth
