The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes while supporting the Finance Director in strategic planning and decision-making. The Finance Manager leads the accounting team and plays a key role in implementing policies, internal controls, and financial system to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and generalllegder.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and statements.

Manage cash flow, monitor liquidity, and provide regular updates on the company's cash position.

Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.

Evaluate and recommend cost-reduction and efficiency opportunities.

Implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies in coordination with the Finance Director.

Supervise and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Support the Finance Director in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Accountancy, must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

At least 8 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Proficient in accounting system (QuickBooks preferred) and MS Excel.

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
