About the role

We are seeking a talented Finance Manager to join our team at IDIRECT FINANCE COMPANY INC'. In this full-time position based in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to support our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
  2. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive the company's growth
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies
  5. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the Accounting industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and driving financial performance
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a finance team
  5. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  6. Thorough understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices
  7. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
