Overview

The Finance Supervisor will take charge of the company's daily financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, proper budget control, and compliance with established policies. This role provides financial analysis to support business decisions, oversees financial data management, and leads the finance team in maintaining the organization's fiscal health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial processes and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Prepare, evaluate, and interpret financial statements, forecasts, and budgets
  • Track expenses, analyze variances, and propose cost-saving measures
  • Work closely with different departments to provide financial guidance
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and audit requirements
  • Supervise, train, and support finance staff while checking accuracy of output
  • Support the Finance Manager/Director in planning and reporting initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
  • Carry out other finance-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience; supervisory background preferred
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities
  • Skilled in Excel, accounting systems, and ERP tools
  • CPA certification is an advantage
