The Finance Manager
plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting, while delivering strategic financial support to business leaders. This role oversees revenue-related finance activities, collaborates with leadership, and mentors the Finance Business Partner Associate in executing financial processes effectively.

What you can expect to do:


• Lead revenue oversight, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes


• Provide financial insights to the CFO, Finance Director, and business leads


• Monitor and validate revenue, accrued income, and intercompany transactions


• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with audit requirements


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve finance processes


• Guide and mentor the Finance Business Partner Associate

Who we want to hear from:


• Finance professionals with at least 3 years of experience, preferably with an audit background


• Licensed CPA or CMA is a strong advantage


• Strong in financial reporting, revenue recognition, and month-end close


• Proficient in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)


• Analytical thinkers with excellent attention to detail and a commercial mindset


• Confident communicators who can engage senior stakeholders
