The Finance Manager will play a key role in 
financial planning, reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls
, while leading the Finance & Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with PFRS/IFRS.
  • Provide management with financial insights to guide decision-making and business strategy.
  • Develop financial dashboards, KPI reports, and variance analyses.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead annual budget preparation and periodic re-forecasting.
  • Monitor and analyze actual performance versus budget.
  • Provide recommendations for cost optimization and resource allocation.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with 
    BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements
    .
  • Oversee tax filings, audits, and statutory reporting.
  • Liaise with external auditors and government agencies.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity.
  • Manage banking relationships, loans, and financing activities.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll disbursements.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement

  • Strengthen internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
  • Implement finance policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Drive automation and process efficiency within Finance operations.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop Finance & Accounting staff.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR, Supply Chain) to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Support management in strategic planning and major investments.

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 
    7–10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience
    , with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of 
    Philippine taxation, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance
    .
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
