ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' is seeking a talented Chat and Email Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our chat and email channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email
  2. Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  3. Update customer records and documentation as needed
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Continuously look for ways to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Fresh graduates with a strong customer service mindset and a passion for helping others
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  3. Proficiency in English and the ability to adapt your communication style to different customers
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software a plus
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
