  • Recruitment & Onboarding:Oversee the entire hiring process, from posting job requisitions and interviewing candidates to conducting background checks and managing new hire paperwork.
  • Training & Development:Coordinate training programs for new employees and existing staff, identifying performance gaps and developing employee growth initiatives.
  • Policy & Compliance:Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring that all company practices and programs comply with relevant state and federal labor laws.
  • Employee Relations:Address employee concerns, manage performance reviews, conduct investigations, and serve as a point of contact for employee issues.
  • Records & Administration:Maintain accurate employee records, manage payroll and benefits administration, and ensure efficient record-keeping processes.
  • Management Support:Advise managers and supervisors on HR-related issues, helping them with staffing requirements and providing guidance on employee performance and development.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in HR software, excellent record-keeping abilities, and a strong understanding of employment law.
  • Soft Skills:Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for effective management and employee support.
  • Experience & Education:A degree in human resources or a related field is common, often supplemented by experience in human resources administration, personnel, and payroll.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
