Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor for Development and Compliance is responsible for overseeing the implementation and monitoring of employee development programs and ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on enhancing employee skills, promoting organizational growth, and maintaining adherence to HR standards and legal obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Development
- Plan, organize, and implement training and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
 - Conduct training needs analysis in coordination with department heads.
 - Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and recommend improvements.
 - Maintain and update the company's training records and employee development database.
 - Coordinate external and internal training providers.
 
Organizational Development
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
 - Assist in designing competency frameworks and career development paths.
 - Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other employee development activities.
 
HR Compliance and Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
 - Prepare and maintain HR related reports and documentation required by regulatory bodies (e.g. DOLE)
 - Conduct regular policy reviews and recommend updates to align with current regulations and company practices.
 - Monitor the implementation of disciplinary actions and ensure due process is followed.
 
Audit and Documentation
- Conduct periodic internal HR audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
 - Maintain accurate and organized HR files and records.
 - Ensure timely renewal of company accreditations, permits, and other compliance requirements.
 
Employee Relations and Support
- Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on HR policies and compliance matters.
 - Assist in resolving employee issues in coordination with HR Management.
 - Support company-wide initiatives related to employee engagement and corporate culture.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
 - At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on training/development and compliance.
 - Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements.
 - Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
 - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
 - Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems
