About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our talented team at Pingcon Marketing Corporation. This full-time role is based in Project 8 Quezon City Metro Manila and will play a key part in supporting our employee relations and HR operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management
  • Providing guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, such as disciplinary procedures and grievances
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and generating HR reports as required
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
  • Mentoring and developing more junior HR team members

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar HR Supervisor or HR Business Partner role, preferably within the industrial or employee relations sector
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations principles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
  • Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
