HR Supervisor

Job Summary

The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing core human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and HR compliance. The role ensures effective implementation of HR policies and supports initiatives that promote employee engagement, workforce development, and organizational efficiency. This position plays a key role in aligning HR strategies with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

a. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess manpower needs and job requirements.
  • Ensure alignment of hiring strategies with workforce planning and company goals.
  • Continuously improve recruitment methods to attract high-caliber candidates.

b. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, workplace conflicts, and concerns.
  • Conduct internal investigations and recommend fair and timely resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Promote and enforce company rules and regulations to maintain a respectful workplace.

c. Employee Engagement, Training & Retention

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs and activities to foster a positive culture.
  • Organize internal events and initiatives to promote team morale and productivity.
  • Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and employee feedback surveys to enhance retention.
  • Support the execution of training and career development programs.

d. Performance Management

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the Performance Management System (PMS).
  • Guide managers and staff in setting goals, conducting appraisals, and evaluating performance.
  • Recommend interventions or development plans for underperforming employees.

Timekeeping, Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Supervise daily timekeeping, attendance validation, and leave tracking.
  • Ensure accurate time records for payroll processing.
  • Oversee enrollment, processing, and updates of government-mandated and company-provided benefits.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Monitor compensation structures and make recommendations for improvement.

HR Administration, Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain and update accurate employee records, contracts, and performance reports.
  • Prepare regular HR analytics and reports for management decision-making.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and implementation of special HR projects.
  • Ensure confidentiality, organization, and accuracy of all HR files and documentation.

Employee Movement & Offboarding

  • Manage processes related to employee exits, final pay, clearances, and documentation.
  • Ensure proper handling of resignations, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate internal employee movements, including promotions and reassignments.

Policy Development & Implementation

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and handbooks.
  • Communicate policies effectively across the organization.
  • Recommend policy improvements aligned with best practices and employee feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
